Juno turns factory data and operator expertise into real-time production decisions, improving part quality, reducing waste, and capturing critical know-how.

Juno started as an early-stage software used by factories to track and manage production, but it had limited traction. I joined as founding designer to make it scalable.

As the product evolved, I led the design of 20+ product initiatives end to end, from user research and problem definition to final delivery, directly contributing to growth from €300k to nearly €1M ARR.

Midway through, with the rise of AI, we made a full pivot and rebuilt the product from scratch.

Working directly with founders, product, and operations, I led user research and customer calls to identify what was actually blocking adoption. We narrowed the scope to a few high-impact use cases with clear ROI.

I defined the new product direction, shaping core workflows and system logic around critical user needs.

I owned design end to end from zero to first version, enabling founder-led demos and helping secure two U.S. pilot customers.
